What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am a licensed psychologist based in Dubai. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, UK. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and practical strategies that support clients in making meaningful change.
Fluent in English and Arabic, I provide therapy that is both accessible and culturally sensitive. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety and stress, relationship difficulties, sex-related concerns, self-esteem and self-worth, identity-related concerns, burnout and workplace challenges, career uncertainty, and emotional regulation.
Before transitioning into psychology, I worked in the corporate sector. This experience gave me a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and the psychological toll of professional demands. Having lived it first-hand, I can genuinely relate to the nuanced stressors my clients face, whether it is the pressure to perform, the fear of stagnation, or the quiet exhaustion of burnout. This allows me to offer support that is not only clinically informed but also personally attuned.
In addition to my clinical work, I design and deliver mental wellbeing workshops for organisations seeking to enhance employee wellbeing. These workshops cover topics such as stress management, work-life balance, and sustainable strategies to foster healthier and more productive work environments.
