You don’t need to have a specific “goal” to start therapy. You might just be tired of pretending you’re fine. You might want to stop spiraling at 2AM, or to figure out why the smallest things feel so overwhelming. You’re not broken—you’re burnt out, probably overthinking, and definitely doing your best.
