What's My Approach to Therapy?
You don’t need to have a specific “goal” to start therapy. You might just be tired of pretending you’re fine. You might want to stop spiraling at 2AM, or to figure out why the smallest things feel so overwhelming. You’re not broken—you’re burnt out, probably overthinking, and definitely doing your best. Let’s work from there.
My Practice & Services
Let’s be honest: change is hard—even when it’s good. Whether you're starting college, navigating early adulthood, managing relationships, or facing big questions about who you are and what you want, life doesn’t come with a user manual. Therapy can be the space where you figure things out—without judgment, pressure, or weird lighting.
My Therapy Focus
I use a Humanistic, Person-Centered approach- meaning therapy is about you. In our first session we will explore what brought you here, what changes you want to make, and how we can get there. Together, we will focus on building on your strengths to help you navigate life's twists and turns more effectively.
