I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on helping clients transform their lives by building on their existing strengths. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use issues, using a strength-based approach to help my clients progress toward the life they envision.

Listening is my favorite skill. I attentively listen to my client's words and emotions, using nonverbal cues to show empathy. I practice reflective listening and paraphrasing for clarity. In our sessions, I create a non-judgmental space, encouraging clients and acknowledging their progress to build confidence and motivation.
