I work primarily with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, insight-oriented individuals who may have participated in therapy before but continue to feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns. I also support clients working through grief, identity exploration, family-of-origin dynamics, and the lingering effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. My approach is especially well-suited for people interested in depth-oriented, relational work that explores both present experiences and the influence of past patterns.
