What's My Approach to Therapy?

You may feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, intense emotions, or cycles that continue despite insight. Perhaps you’ve done therapy before, understand where things come from, and still find yourself repeating the same dynamics. I offer a depth-oriented, experiential approach that moves beyond intellectual understanding and supports meaningful, lasting change. My work is relational and trauma-informed, integrating approaches such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and expressive methods when helpful. Together, we explore patterns, process emotional experience, and consider how your story continues to shape the present. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where we move thoughtfully and intentionally. If this resonates, I’d welcome the chance to connect.

Groups I Work With

  • I work primarily with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, insight-oriented individuals who may have participated in therapy before but continue to feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns. I also support clients working through grief, identity exploration, family-of-origin dynamics, and the lingering effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. My approach is especially well-suited for people interested in depth-oriented, relational work that explores both present experiences and the influence of past patterns.
