Hi, I am Melissa Simpson. I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 12 years of experience in Colorado. I work with clients statewide via telehealth only. I work with individuals of all ages who struggle with anxiety and mood disorders (i.e., depression and Bipolar), using Cognitive Behavioral Health (CBT) and psychodynamic techniques to help them with overwhelming challenges. My communication style is collaborative but direct. I want my clients to feel at home when talking to me and feel empowered to become their best selves, whatever that looks like to each person.
