My Approach to Therapy
If you have spent years being the generous and strong one, it can be hard to admit youre tired. You may be the person everyone relies on at home, at work, or in your family, while quietly wondering how long you can keep carrying this much. On the outside, you look capable; on the inside, you might feel overwhelmed, depleted, or strangely disconnected from yourself.
Many of the women I work with are both Sensitive and Strong. They notice everything, feel deeply, think a lot and have learned to push through for other people. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, burnout, health symptoms, autoimmune issues, sleep disturbances, or a sense that youve lost your own voice somewhere along the way.
In our work together, I offer a space where your sensitivity is not a problem to fix, but an intelligent part of how youre wired. Ill invite you to slow down, listen to your body and begin to understand how your nervous system, beliefs and life experiences have been working together to keep you safe, even when those patterns no longer feel helpful.
My approach is warm, grounded and collaborative. We may talk about whats happening in your life right now, explore earlier experiences that shaped you and pay close attention to your bodys signals in the moment. I draw from integrative mental health, trauma-informed therapy, mind-body practices and quantum biology-informed education about the nervous system, stress and health, so that what youre feeling starts to make sense.
You can expect me to be gentle but honest, to respect your pace and to see you as a whole person rather than a diagnosis. Together, well work toward less self-abandonment and more alignment with your own rhythm, needs and values.
If you are longing for a place where you do not have to hold it all together, where you can be both sensitive and strong without burning out, I would be honored to explore whether were a good fit.
My Practice & Services
In addition to individual therapy, my work includes several ways of supporting Sensitive & Strong women beyond the traditional 1:1 hour. I offer integrative intensives, ongoing support spaces, and seasonal group experiences for women who want a more immersive or community-based way of healing. These options are designed for sensitive, thoughtful women who are ready to slow down, listen to their bodies, and make meaningful shifts in how they live and lead.
Your Sensitivity Is Intelligent Design: Essentials Course + Sensitivity ReAlignment Spiral
This is my core realignment pathway for Sensitive & Strong women. Inside the course, you learn to understand your sensitivity as intelligent design instead of something to fix, and you create your personal ReAlignment Map for your nervous system, body, and life. Through the Sensitivity ReAlignment Spiral, we return to that map together at each solstice and equinox, so your healing is revisited seasonally rather than treated as a onetime event. Its a gentle, structured way to keep realigning with your own rhythm throughout the year.
Rise & Realign Intensive
A depth therapy process that meets for a single extended session ( 3+ hours) instead of multiple short appointments. This longer window is especially supportive for sensitive women whose depth of processing, emotional layering, and need for regulation work can feel rushed in standard sessions.
In this Intensive, we slow down enough to track your experience, uncover the emotional learnings and protective patterns that drive current symptoms, and create space for transformational change, where old emotional truths meet new lived experiences that gently contradict them. The extended format allows time for discovery, realignment and integration within one contained arc.
The ReAlign Circle" for Sensitive & Strong Women in Their 20s
A small group space for younger women navigating identity, relationships, sensitivity, and career or life direction, who want to feel less alone in that process.
The ReAligned Journey": A ThreePhase Spiral of Healing & Remembrance
A seasonal group experience that combines education, guided inner work, and community support, offered around key turning points in the year.
All of these services are offered virtually. We can talk together about what is clinically appropriate, what fits your needs, and whether an individual, group, or seasonal realignment pathway is the best next step for you.
