My Approach to Therapy
I am a licensed Social Worker (LCSW) with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet unique and specific needs. I have a sense of humor but am careful how I use this as to assure that I am being respectful and appropriate. I set up a welcoming and non judgmental environment that allows for clients to feel open to sharing their feelings, fears and concerns with me.
