I primarily work with women and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma responses, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients gain specific skills and make tangible progress.
