What's My Approach to Therapy?

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck between wanting change and feeling unsure how to make it happen. You may be navigating the effects of trauma, living with persistent anxiety, or struggling with addiction and repeated relapse. Perhaps you have tried therapy before and walked away feeling discouraged, misunderstood, or like it just did not work for you. You are often insightful and self-aware, yet still overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or caught in patterns you cannot seem to break. I have personally walked through many of the same challenges I now help my clients with. My approach to therapy is real, direct, and collaborative. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model or talking in circles that do not lead anywhere. Instead, I work alongside you offering honest feedback and practical tools. I have seen firsthand that lasting change requires more than just awareness. It takes trust, structure, and an approach that truly fits the person. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported every step of the way.
