I offer somatic psychotherapy, energetic, and intuitive support for working through trauma, stepping into fuller aliveness, and connecting with the wisdom that naturally moves through each of us. Our sessions often start by coming into connection, safety and regulation in the moment. Often times, the symptoms and issues we experience are rooted in dysregulation in our nervous systems. Our time is rooted in expanding resource, a sense of well being in the moment, so that more difficult material can begin to integrate. From here, we listen, with attunement to what is present for you, finding new pathways, more space, connection, and resource to be with what is here. It is from this place that we begin to regain choice and empowerment to make change. While we expand this sense of well-being in the present, we may also take time to meet past experiences in new ways. Our newfound well-being can lend a hand to our past selves, helping to reshape these experiences to take sips of this sense that \"everything is okay.\" Ultimately, this can give us even more space to feel whole in our present lives. It is my passion to help us meet your nervous system, your vulnerability and truth where you are at. When we begin to listen, really listen, we can start to regain the capacity to be with ourselves as we are, and this gives us the power to be who we want to be. There is so much wisdom in the body that, from this place, can show us exactly what needs to happen. We find the resiliency here to be who we have always been meant to be.

My philosophy on healing is rooted in seeing the body as an expression of nature. From this lens, the body \"knows what to do and how to heal itself.\" In sessions, we tap into this natural wisdom, aligning with it to reprocess past memories that may be held in the physical sensations, emotions, imagery, beliefs, and nervous system patterns. With this, our sessions aim to support you to feel connection and resource in the present moment, while repatterining and integrating difficult feelings into greater coherence and a more whole sense of self.
