What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am Megan, a licensed professional counselor associate. I hold a master’s degree in counseling. In my counseling practice, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly heard and understood. I believe that meaningful growth happens within a positive, supportive relationship, and I strive to offer that in every session. My approach is warm and empathetic, yet I also believe in gently challenging you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences more deeply. Together, we’ll work to uncover new insights, build practical solutions, and, hopefully, share a few moments of laughter along the way.

I take an eclectic approach to counseling that best suits your unique needs. I believe it’s important to understand how our early relationships shape our emotional patterns and current struggles. At the same time, I value practical solutions and actionable steps to help you address present challenges and move forward in a meaningful way.

If you’re looking for a compassionate counselor who’s here to support you with empathy, understanding, and a bit of humor, I’d love to work with you on your journey of growth and healing.
