I provide a safe, warm therapeutic space for clients to be their unfiltered, unguarded selves. I love working with neurodivergent children and adult women, young children dealing with behavioral struggles, and young women navigating life changes like engagement and marriage. I use child-centered play therapy with children younger than 10. With adults, I use solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Adlerian therapy. Each individual has a unique experience, so my goal is always to meet clients where they are and support what they need at the time. My therapeutic process starts with coming to understand you as a person, then working together to highlight areas for change, and then standing by your side as you start growing and changing.
