My Approach to Helping

Hello and welcome! Starting therapy can be a daunting task. It can also be truly transformative. Being human is hard. As your therapist, I will remind you that you are not alone in your pain and that your experiences matter. Whether you're dealing with work stress, relationship dissatisfaction, a life transition, health issues, or a general "blah" feeling, we can identify ways in which to cope. Together, we can reignite your energy and motivation, we can help you find direction, and we can help you heal. I am your teammate, your advocate. I utilize a person-centered approach and value every client for their uniqueness. For more information on my choice of therapy styles, please visit my website.

More Info About My Practice

Currently, due to the pandemic, I am only offering virtual therapy. I will be transitioning back to the office for in-person sessions as the environment becomes safer and we all feel more comfortable returning to pre-pandemic life.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I started therapy at the age of 15 and have been a client ever-since. I would not be there person I am today, or the therapist I am today, without my journey with therapy. I would be happy to share my story with you over a phone call.
