Being human is hard, and as your therapist, I will remind you that you are not alone in your pain and that your experiences matter. Whether you're dealing with work stress, relationship dissatisfaction, a life transition, health issues, or a general "blah" feeling, I'll help you learn ways in which to cope. Together, we can reignite your energy and motivation, we can help you find direction, and we can help you heal. I am your teammate and your advocate. While I value each client for their uniqueness and let their story dictate my approach, I gravitate towards psychodynamic, attachment-oriented, and person-centered theories in my clinical work.
