My Approach to Helping

Hello and welcome! Starting therapy can be a daunting task. It can also be truly transformative. Being human is hard, and as your therapist, I will remind you that you are not alone in your struggles and that your experiences matter. Whether you're dealing with work stress, relationship dissatisfaction, a life transition, health issues, or a general "blah" feeling, I'll help you learn ways in which to cope. Together, we can reignite your spirit, help you find direction, and help you heal. I am your teammate and your advocate. While I value each client for their uniqueness and let their story dictate my treatment approach, I gravitate towards psychodynamic, attachment-oriented, and person-centered theories in my clinical work. Currently, due to the pandemic, I am only offering virtual therapy.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I started therapy at the age of 15 and have been a client ever-since. I would not be the person or the therapist I am today without my journey of self-reflection, healing, and growth. I would be happy to share my story with you over a phone call.
