I am accepting new clients. I am now practicing in Pennsylvania and Florida by teletherapy. We have the right to experience all the joys life offers. Depression, anxiety, and relationship problems make that difficult. I offer therapy for men, women. I will discuss your physical health, thought processes, family situation, emotional well-being, social context, and ways of coping. Every person has abilities, interests and gifts. And everyone has the capacity to develop into a more fulfilled and happier person. Together we will create goals for you to overcome obstacles and become your best self. I work with adults using cognitive behavioral theory, psychodynamic therapy, communications theories, solution focused therapy, and family systems theories. I have worked with men and women's issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, marital problems, financial problems, vocational, parenting and self-esteem issues. In addition to the rest of my practice, I also work with adults experiencing ADHD, life transitions, and postpartum depression.
