My name is Matthew Simmons. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in the state of Colorado. I have 15+ years of supporting adolescents, individuals and families at the intersection of ADHD, addiction, anxiety and attachment issues. I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness to create a flourishing and abundant life.
