My name is Matthew Simmons. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in the state of Colorado. I have 15+ years of supporting adolescents, individuals and families at the intersection of ADHD, addiction, anxiety and attachment issues. I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness to create a flourishing and abundant life. My communication style is compassionate and collaborative in order to create a safe environment to explore and identify solutions. Working with me is like meeting with a friend with a gentle but firm curiosity in wanting to support you. I pride myself on being able to hear someone's story without judgment and be fully present with them in the moment.
