Maybe depression or anxiety is more common than not, and you could use a trusted mental health professional’s support. I’m here to be an ally who can provide tools as you navigate these challenges. Drawing on your unique culture, identities, and experiences, I will work with you to cultivate a deeper awareness of your complexities and build a meaningful life. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon. My approach draws on a number of modalities, including humanistic-existential therapy, which emphasizes your personal growth, your unique experience, and your search for meaning or contentment. I also utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to offer an evidence-based approach that can bring relief for a variety of psychological concerns. I became a therapist because I believe we can all find greater clarity and peace when we have the support, time, and space to explore and reflect on our existence. My goal is to make space for you to explore where you’ve come from, where you are, and where you’re going, and to collaborate with you to create a fulfilling, meaningful existence.
