My Approach to Helping
Through individual, family or child therapy sessions, I help people gain skills to better manage emotions, cope with challenging feelings, and build better relationships. There’s a reason that many of my clients come to me as word of mouth referrals. My style is warm, non judgmental and down to earth, with a healthy dose of humor.
In my 10+ years of experience, I have found that a holistic approach is the most effective at creating sustained and long term change. Specific variables such as diet, sleep, supplementation, movement, self care, and connection with others are all looked at when assessing what might be contributing to the challenges you’re facing.
You can expect a collaborative approach where we identify your goals and create a tailored plan for success to meet your needs. My space is family friendly and welcoming with lots of natural light, room to play, and plenty of healthy snacks. Change is possible, and with the right help, we can get you and yours back on track!
