Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you’re a child struggling with school difficulties, a teen navigating anxiety or stress, or an adult facing grief, life transitions, or other challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m trauma-informed and work with children, teens, and adults ages 7 to 80 who are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, school difficulties, behavioral concerns, trauma, family stress, perinatal mental health for both maternal and paternal figures, building healthy coping skills, and more. I am trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and support individuals before, during, and after pregnancy. Along with that, I also hold certifications through the Indiana Association for Play Therapy, am M-MAT Level 1 trained to support children and their development, and have training in attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) in adults through NovaPsych. My approach is relational and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. I strive to meet people where they are in their healing journey while helping them build insight, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
