What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Coach dedicated to helping women and couples move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or hopeless to experiencing joy, confidence, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
If you are navigating depression, anxiety, or a difficult life transition, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can work to move you from a place of crisis or crossroads into a life that feels aligned with your heart’s true desires.
My approach is strength-based and holistic, honoring every part of who you are—mind, body, spirit, and relationships. In our work, you will be seen, understood, and valued as a whole person. I provide a compassionate, caring presence and a safe space where healing and transformation can unfold.
I believe that true change grows out of partnership. My passion is to deeply understand your unique story and collaborate with you to create meaningful, lasting shifts. With focused intention and support, you can begin to live authentically, build resilience, and design the life you truly want.
In addition to individual and couples work, I also offer group coaching and therapy. Groups provide a powerful sense of community, reminding us that we are not alone on this journey. Together, we can learn, grow, and inspire one another—because we truly need each other.
