My Approach to Helping

There is a place of peace within you, the beginning of a new and richer life. If you are ready for change, and ready to find your way once more, let my twenty-eight years of meditation and eleven years of experience counseling others help guide you to your path. I am a validating and dynamic counselor, ready to meet you on your journey. After one session, you may experience the glimpse of yourself again you have been looking for in life. From there, we can continue to work through obstacles, to help bring you back to your path, to your sense of self again.

I specialize in helping women on their journeys, and anyone else open to the feminine ways of life. I am convinced the world needs these ways again in order for us to be more human and loving, and whole.

I am drawn to the spiritual path in life, having walked deeply in Christian, Buddhist, and Hindu traditions. There is a peace to be found, which leads to an understanding of love. If you are seeking answers on your journey, needing to find your way again, please feel welcome in reaching out for my guidance.

I have afternoons and evening times available during the week. Please feel free to visit my website to find out more about myself and what I offer: www.marknewlon.com

GROUPS

Meditation Group

Being present in your life without distraction means living life fully in those moments. Meditation allows us to learn to be present, carrying over those peaceful moments into our lives. With this group we will uncover our underlying sense of peace and well-being together. I have meditated myself for over twenty-five years, leading others in meditation for eleven, using traditions that are thousands of years old. Meditation in these ways becomes powerful when done on a regular basis. Please bring your questions for answers, whether you are new to the practice or a long-time meditator. We are meeting on Thursdays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. RSVP is required. Please contact me by clicking on the email link by my picture or by reaching out at the phone number listed there as well.
