I am a fully licensed counselor who uses a Life coaching style to help adults and teens who experience anxiety, depression, or who seem to struggle with life. I have been in practice since 2010, and I have worked in my hometown of Fenton since 2015. My aim is to provide sound counseling techniques with the benefits of a positive coaching background. VAE Life Coaching is the culmination of decades of experience both as a counselor and in life. Many of life’s experiences teach us as much, or more, than education alone. From the mountains in Afghanistan to the deserts of Iraq as a defense contractor, and even as a young Marine years before, I was around amazing leaders.
