What's My Approach to Therapy?

My mission is to provide strength and hope to individuals, couples, and families of all ages. I am dedicated to providing high quality, professional counseling services that I tailor to each client's unique needs. Regardless of one's life experiences, I believe therapeutic change and growth are possible for each client. My professional success is measured by my client's: increased self-awareness, personal growth, satisfaction, and enhanced life functioning. You will be heard and understood. I will not judge you. I offer respect, confidentiality, and dignity to all of my clients.

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, families, and groups. I have a warm and inviting counseling approach that allows my clients to feel safe and comfortable so they are able to express their concerns to me. I treat a wide variety of clients and I enjoy the flexibility and creativity that is required in working with a diverse population of clients.

I treat the following issues (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, behavioral problems, self-esteem/personal growth, adolescent issues, intimacy, anger management, communication, chronic pain/illness, spirituality, eating disorders, parenting, and divorce concerns.
