What's My Approach to Therapy?
Mariah Severud believes that therapy is for everyone. She is passionate about growth and resilience through the therapeutic relationship. Mariah understands that life throws curveballs at the most unexpected and unwanted times, despite our best-laid plans. She knows that a supportive place to process, heal, and grow can make all the difference between getting back up again and a TKO. Mariah is confident that anyone can start on a new path full of joy, love, success, and meaning. Each of us has the potential to live the life we want, embrace change like an old friend, and find the courage and strength to keep on keeping on.
