What's My Approach to Therapy?
My Approach to Helping
If you’re reading this, you’re probably tired—tired of repeating the same patterns, tired of being strong for everyone else, tired of carrying pain that no one ever really saw. Maybe you’re stuck in cycles you can’t break, navigating addiction, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or relationships that leave you drained and doubting yourself. You want clarity, relief, and a place where you don’t have to perform… a place where you can finally exhale.
You and I work together in a way that is deeply compassionate, honest, and grounded in both mind and body. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods along. I sit with you. I attune to your nervous system. I help you slow down enough to actually hear yourself. Together, we explore the parts of you that are hurting, protective, reactive, or longing for connection—without shame and without judgment.
My approach blends somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems, emotional regulation, and practical, real-life skills. You’ll learn what your body is trying to tell you, how your patterns formed, and—most importantly—how to interrupt them. We’ll build boundaries, strengthen your voice, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or forgotten.
Therapy with me is gentle, but not passive. It’s safe, but not stagnant. I challenge you lovingly, hold you accountable to the version of yourself you’re trying to grow into, and help you build a life that actually feels like yours.
If you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to be perfect—just honest—then I’m here. We’ll take this step by step, breath by breath, until you can feel grounded, connected, and whole again.
