My Approach to Helping
Accepting New Clients! We all have experienced a trivial moment, emotion, or difficult encounter that has us questioning and challenging the things we see around ourselves. Some challenges we are able to cope with and build resiliency; while others we cannot. Allowing yourself to find the right support and encouragement during these difficult times can be crucial and imminent to your well-being. Finding a place of acceptance, and serenity to provide inner peace is possible and can be done with the right person.
My goal for each session is to support you to process your feelings and emotions, develop coping and stress management skills, and leave you feeling empowered. More importantly, I want to ensure that you feel validated and supported during your difficult time. I specialize in narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
