My Approach to Helping

You have always been more comfortable being the strong, go-to person, than the person who needs support. So much so that you ignore your own needs, feelings, and desires.
But you can no longer ignore the unhappiness you feel with yourself and in your relationships. Even though you worry that you may never heal from the past, deep down you know you deserve more for yourself.
