I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I have been in the mental health field for 10 years. My experience includes working with kids, teens, and families, and adults from diverse backgrounds in school and outpatient settings. In my sessions, I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe to express themselves. I believe that each client is the expert of their own life, and my role is to collaborate with them as a guide, offering tools that can help them navigate their journey to achieve their therapeutic goals. I strive to empower and support my clients and encourage them to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
