What's My Approach to Therapy?

I work with clients navigating anxiety, identity exploration, academic or professional stress, and relationship challenges. These struggles often stem from perfectionism, cultural expectations, trauma, or major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns and want support finding clarity and confidence.

Through reflection, relational insight, and boundary work, I help college students, young adults, and emerging professionals move through burnout and isolation toward a greater sense of connection and balance. I specialize in anxiety, identity development, and relational growth, and especially enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and first-generation students.

Therapy works best when it feels like the right fit. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, get a sense of my style, and decide what feels right for you. My priority is that you feel seen, supported, and safe — whether with me or another therapist.

Groups I Work With

I work with college students, graduate students, and early-career professionals navigating anxiety, identity development, academic or career stress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or first-generation students and seek therapy that is culturally responsive and affirming. They often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns shaped by perfectionism, cultural expectations, trauma, or major life transitions.

At Intersect Clinical Services, I offer individual therapy that integrates relational, insight-oriented, and skills-based approaches. I help clients build self-awareness, set boundaries, and create more ease and confidence in their lives. My goal is to support clients in avoiding burnout, deepening relationships, and living with more clarity and intention. I specialize in anxiety, identity exploration, and relational growth, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and collaboration into the therapy space.
