Both a spiritual and psychological process to helping you harness your transformational power and embody your evolutionary path. In my experience internal workings directly reflect external circumstances. Therefor to change the outside life the work must start within. In the therapy you are supported through the external difficulties while moving the focus towards the internal process. My work is based in the understanding that this human realm and all it encompasses is not something to dismiss or transcend but include. That it is in fact our very humanness which offers key wisdoms towards one’s evolution.
