My Approach to Helping
Hi, I’m Maegan, a licensed clinical social worker in Wisconsin with a strong passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, and I specialize in supporting those dealing with anxiety, trauma, and the everyday stressors life can bring. My approach combines evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) with a client-centered, strengths-focused mindset.
In our work together, my goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without fear of judgment. I will meet you exactly where you are, offering genuine support and deep listening every step of the way. I’m especially passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and empowering people to discover their own resilience and potential. Watching clients grow and make meaningful changes in their lives is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
