My Approach to Helping

Do you often struggle in your relationships, whether it be with family members, romantic partners, or friends? Are you an overwhelmed parent at a loss for how to care for both your child and yourself? Do you find it challenging to set boundaries and ask for what you need? Maybe you feel stuck, anxious, and burdened by past events. If your goal is to become your most authentic self, increase feelings of self-worth, discover your inner resources, and strengthen your relationships, then I can help!

I primarily draw from experiential approaches, including Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic experiencing, and emotionally focused therapy. I also incorporate narrative therapy to help you explore the stories that have shaped you—and consider how you might begin to re-author them in ways that align with your growth.
I believe there is an inner child in all of us urging us to heal the relationship between our mind and body, and therapy is a place we can explore this together. If you are looking for support for yourself, in your relationship, and/or your family, then let's connect. You are deserving of deep healing.
