I specialize in working with women in their 20s and 30s who feel burdened by anxiety or weighed down by chronic worry, like they just can't get ahead despite the hustle. If this sounds familiar, I can help you develop skills for immediate and sustained relief. My goal is to provide you a safe space where you can be open and curious—our work begins here. Through a collaborative and conversational approach, my focus will be on helping you develop a deeper awareness of, and compassion for, yourself, so you can feel empowered to make choices in your life that align with your values, sense of self, and purpose!
In short, my hope is that by the end of each session you will develop a new insight or clarify a specific strategy to help you manage in the coming days, weeks, or months. By the end of our work together, you will leave feeling more self-accepting in the face of hardship, self-knowing in the choices you have to make, and self-assured in your ability to cope.
