My Approach to Helping
My therapeutic approach is a combination of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Meditation and the use of Imagery. My treatment modalities are interactive and goal-oriented. In our sessions, we will work together to improve your life satisfaction either by finding peace and learning to discard behaviors and thoughts that are holding you back or by reframing some of life's unfortunate circumstances. Together you can achieve a personal sense of wellbeing.
More Info About My Practice
I found myself drawn to women's issues, I work with women on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, divorce, personal development, self-esteem, and coaching. My other love is couples counseling, helping couples rekindle their love through Emotional Focus Therapy. Couples are able to address issues like infidelity, breach of trust, and communication issues.

The process of a therapeutic relationship is very delicate, finding the right fit can be a challenge. In my wellness practice, I use a holistic approach combining mind, body, and soul with a variety of techniques and treatment orientations that people can understand.
