Hello and welcome! My name is Lisa Williams. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in New Mexico. I have 30 years of experience helping people with issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, trauma/abuse, life changes/transitions, and other issues. It can be so helpful to feel understood and to have someone on your side to help navigate any changes you want to make. Sometimes we can make big or small life changes. Sometimes we accept things as they are and find ways to still have the life we want. My style is to understand you and what your going through, help you with self-understanding, and work together to make changes or add skills to meet your personal goals.
