I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
Session Fees: My fee ranges from $135-$85, depending on what your budget will allow for weekly sessions. I keep my fees lower than you might expect given my years of experience so that therapy can remain affordable without the use of insurance. Although I'm out-of-network, most insurance plans will offer reimbursement for payments made to off-panel providers.
Every 2 months I print out reimbursement requests that can be directly submitted to your insurance provider. Depending on the specifics of your plan and the scope of your deductible, you should receive reimbursement for 40%-90% of the fees you’ve paid.

I use a psychodynamic, relational approach to therapy. This means I'm interested in helping you safely examine the ways in which your early experiences may be shaping your emotions, worldviews and relationship patterns.
