As both a registered nurse and a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I bring a unique perspective to therapy that combines clinical experience with a compassionate understanding of the human experience. I have a special passion for supporting healthcare workers who carry so much for others and may find it difficult to make space for themselves. I also welcome individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to prioritize your own well-being.
