Hi, I'm Lisa. Are you a teen or young adult (or a parent of one) with big emotions and feelings, and feel overwhelmed? Do you feel weird, unheard, unseen, and misunderstood? Maybe it's grief, anxiety, stress, or sadness? It is ok. You are here! I can help. I provide a space without judgment, safe for you to feel brave and share what lies within. I believe laughter should find its place even in the darkest places and weave humor wherever it may fit. I am well-versed in various methods, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS, among others, but I believe that the connection and trust between the therapist and client are what are essential for growth.
