I know that life's challenges can often get in our way, causing us to get stuck in our relationships, our jobs, our choices, and even our own heads. However, I also know that each of us has the ability to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. I have had the privilege of helping people find joy and contentment by providing a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space.
