Lina Munoz, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My name is Lina Munoz and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Atlanta, Georgia, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I provide trauma-informed therapy to youth, adults, and families from different cultural backgrounds. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client and family I work with. I most frequently use a systemic and psychodynamic approach, as both modalities help me and the client build a shared understanding of the underlying issues and elements that are limiting their functioning, taking into consideration personal and environmental factors that influence behavior and performance. I allow special emphasis on the emotional experiences of my clients and how these emotional experiences inter-relate and impact their relationships.
