My Approach to Therapy

I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, young adults, and parents. My clinical work focuses on anxiety, obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), emotion regulation, perfectionism, and life transitions. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their goals, helping them develop the skills and insight needed to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy and integrates dialectical behavior therapy. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and active. Together, we explore patterns that contribute to distress while building practical, evidence-based strategies that foster greater psychological flexibility and support values-based action. I have extensive training in evidence-based parent interventions, including parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and I work with parents seeking support with emotion regulation and behavioral challenges. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School.
