Lily Flynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia with more than 3 years of experience working with adults and seniors who are seeking help coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, self-care, stress, and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), among other concerns.

She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Old Dominion University. Her clinical approach is collaborative, with the client actively participating in creating an attainable treatment plan. She focuses on strengths and evidence-based interventions to encourage empowerment and help clients develop appropriate coping skills. She looks forward to building therapeutic relationships and joining clients on their journey through treatment.
