I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship challenges, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and intergenerational trauma. I focus on building coping strategies that will amplify strengths and make clients feel more secure and confident.
By exploring how early experiences continue to influence emotional responses and relationship patterns, therapy helps clients develop a greater sense of safety, self-understanding, and more secure connections in their lives.
