I’m a mental health therapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, providing online therapy in New York and New Jersey. I believe in helping people achieve their best quality of life through support and evidence-based interventions. With nearly a decade of experience as a clinician, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, religions, cultures, political views, socioeconomic statuses, upbringings and life circumstances. I have experience working with incarcerated teens and adults, families, first responders, and law enforcement. By identifying underlying issues and patterns in behavior and emotions, I aim to offer meaningful guidance that supports personal growth and healing. With a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, I incorporate techniques from dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic approaches to provide structured and goal-oriented care in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I’m currently accepting new clients. I accept Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance plans.
