Hi, I’m Leah Ozment, LCSW. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy with a focus on trauma, couples therapy, and emotional healing. Drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, I create a safe, supportive environment to help clients navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal growth.

My communication style is warm, approachable, and non-judgmental, creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences. I focus on listening and providing support while encouraging clients to explore challenges and work toward meaningful goals. Sessions with me are collaborative and focused on helping clients find clarity and make progress at their own pace.
