My Approach to Therapy

I am a PhD-level clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience who conducts psychotherapy and evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults, couples, and families. I completed my education and training at Brown University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, UCLA, and postdoctoral work at USC. As adjunct faculty at Emory University, I also stay at the forefront of mental health to ensure my clients receive the most effective care available. I provide in-person and telehealth services in the greater Atlanta area. I am also licensed with PsyPact to practice teletherapy in over 40 states, ensuring consistent care that travels with you. Whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, or various other mental health conditions, I provide research-based assessment and therapy tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), culturally-informed treatment, and trauma-focused therapy for persons with a large range of mental health and stress-related difficulties. I am committed to working together to develop strong, sustainable coping strategies to improve your wellbeing and thrive in daily life. I feel privileged to serve clients with diverse identities, values, beliefs, and cultural backgrounds. I care deeply about what I do professionally, and look forward to the potential of working together.
