One of the benefits of being a therapist for over 30 years is the opportunity to learn more about how I can best serve clients who want to live their best life, as they face difficult real-world life challenges. My experiences have sparked my desire to help those with life challenges. I also facilitate a limited enrollment, free community support group for people living with life-limiting illness. We work together, in a holistically, while having clear boundaries, expectations, and goals. One of MY goals is to help bring you to the point where you no longer need therapy.
