What's My Approach to Therapy?
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re experiencing. I offer a thoughtful, relational space where you can slow down, feel heard, and bring parts of yourself that may not have had much room elsewhere.
My work is depth-oriented and collaborative, with attention to both emotional and bodily experience. I listen closely for patterns that repeat and for what feels difficult to put into words, trusting that understanding and change emerge gradually rather than through quick fixes.
I work with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, creative blocks, and self-doubt, as well as couples seeking to move out of cycles of conflict or distance. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to our work together.
