If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, relationship issues, or self-esteem issues, I provide a non-judgmental, validating approach drawn from mindfulness-based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or Hakomi therapy. I also draw from narrative therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), a modality that helps you identify the different parts of yourself so they can work together in a more effective way. The whole process is quite fun and exciting! I work with adults, especially women, and teens. I specialize in working with teens, as they tend to respond well to me.

My self-pay rate is $130.00 per hour. I accept HSA, credit cards, Venmo, and cash. I can submit claims, and I am in network with UnitedHealthcare.
