I am not the therapist who just sits, nods, and listens with no feedback. I am the therapist who will be by your side in the hard things, and I will also tell you the truth about what needs to shift. Then I will walk with you as you do the work. My support is direct, grounded, and human. We focus on regulation, pattern clarity, and tools that create change through eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and behavior shifts.
